On Yer Bike!

Of course, this is what it's all about. Cycling. Getting those legs spinning and reaping the benefits. It strikes me that cyclists are probably fitter and suffer less illness than most people. we are all told we should exercise more, and this is where I will make smug comments and say that cycling has certainly improved my health and fitness levels.

mountain biking in Ennerdale There are so many activities you can get into. Here I have indulged myself with a few of the places we've visited and routes we've enjoyed, be it on road bikes, mountain bikes or track bikes.

We haven't managed to get lost... yet! And I confess I am certainly lucky to live in Cumbria where the countryside on our doorstep is just fantastic. Just have a look at the view here of the upper reaches of Ennerdale in the heart of the Lake District fells. Yep, you CAN walk it, but it's easier by bike! Like I say, fantastic.
